Sunday we took a drive down to Saluda to Pearson's Falls. Saluda is a quaint little town south of Asheville almost to the South Carolina border. I read about these falls in a book I bought about wildflower hikes. Of course, no wildflowers are blooming now but the hike to the falls was beautiful anyway. I will have to go back in April when the wildflowers are in peak.
